lunch: 12 baby carrots, a clementine, and a cinnamon granola bar
snack: apples with peanut butter and cheddar goldfish
dinner: chicken and spinach sandwich and a fiber one bar
dessert: 6 slices of a frozen banana
i love eating healthy, i feel so good about myself :’)
